I had the best time speaking with Robin Riley, Manager at Bounce Stapleton. She took time out of her vacation to tell me all about Bounce Stapleton.
Bounce will be a kid’s gymnastics studio located at the Stanley Market Place. They will offer daily gymnastics, open gym times, ninja warrior training, and birthday parties. Their mission is to offer the best classes, taught by the best instructors, to the happiest students!
Gymnastics – Parent & Toddler – Pre-School – Ninja Warrior – Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced
What is a Ninja Warrior Kids Class?
This is an obstacle course training specific for kids. In this course students, will work to build their upper body strength, motor skills, balance, agility, and confidence. All while having FUN!! This is a high-energy course that is designed to challenge kids to tap into their inner Ninja!
What other offerings can you tell me about?
We have School Break/Summer Camps–Bounce Camps. These are a full day of activities to keep your kids moving, healthy, and having fun this when they are not in school. We will have a wide variety of activities each day. From yoga to gymnastics, lacrosse to swimming, art projects to rock climbing your child will be sure to find something that they love to do!
All our camps are run by certified, highly passionate, and educated fitness professionals.
You can also take a Parents Night Out – Enjoy some well-deserved quiet time while your son or daughter have a fun night of nonstop movement. They will be able to participate in structured play that will include tag games, obstacle courses, team challenges, sport related skills, and much more. With all the incredible restaurants within Stanley Marketplace it pairs up well with date night!
Robin told me the co-owners live in Stapleton, they love the partnership and how everyone is working together. A new concept of small, not corporations, not chain restaurants and small local family businesses moving in and working together – It’s the same feeling they have working with the owners of the project.
She is from IL and moved here seven years ago, and taught at an elementary school PE and nutrition to bring activities to kids and family. She loves to be physically and mentally healthy.
The goal is to help instill healthy habits says Robin, “The kids will come in usually for an hour a week but we want to instill in them how to set goal for themselves. We have an eight week gymnastic program and ninja training – wo hope to get kids to learn that there is work involved in reaching this goal, not just being there once a week, something they can work on more than at the gym, develop skills for whatever… being more social, getting better at something – achieving that skill set.”
She says that yes, it is about getting in there and having fun – this is the time you can roll around and jump around and feel good – feel welcomed an supported.
So, is Bounce hiring?
YES! We are wanting to grow and develop the best team possible. If you have a passion for helping kids reach their fitness goals, have great
energy, and are interested in teaching please email Robin at robin@bouncestapleton.com.
I got an update on the opening!
“We will be opening after December 25th for open gym time from 9am-10pm. This will be a fun, unstructured, supervised time for kids and their families to come practice new tricks, set up obstacle courses, and work on their goals! January will be the start of the 8-week program. Sign up for our newsletter and check our websites to stay up to date on our opening and sign ups!”
Stanley Marketplace is going to be the home of many fun, unique and local businesses. Each one of them has their own story and they will impact the community in different ways. Keep checking back as we feature these local enterprises.
