It’s time to take that step and buy a brand-new home. There are a lot of good reasons why you should consider buying new. Let’s break it down.
Even the perfect used home is well…used. Just like buying a used car, it’s going to need some work. And we aren’t just talking about cosmetics. A newly constructed home is just that. New. The technology and materials have advanced, so you are going to be getting a much higher quality-built home.
And repairs aren’t the only thing. You’ll work on any new house you buy to make it “just right” for you. This could mean a long list of improvements: flooring, paint, new appliances, landscaping, or even adding on a room. Many new homebuilders allow you to be a part of the building process, so you can customize your new home and make it your own. Inside and out.
Are we still talking about improvements here? The new builds featured here are made from some very snazzy materials. Not only do you have energy efficiency, which cuts costs, but the materials used in facades are sturdier, as well. And let’s not forget most new homes come with a warranty. You can’t beat that.
Let’s face it. There can’t be anything much more awesome than that new home feeling. This is truly your home, built for you, with your wants and needs, your tastes, and built to fit your family. Now that’s a new home. And it is not just the home that shows off your personality. The beautiful master-planned communities these new homes are built around are just plain stunning.
Are you convinced a new home is exactly what you need? Where to go? Think about buying a home in Colorado. There are many beautiful master planned communities build built around Denver right now with numerous choices of homebuilders and prices. Let’s take a look at two such communities.
Bluff Lake
Lennar homes has a new build community in Stapleton called Bluff Lake. These builders are taking a unique look at the family and have created multi-generational homes. On Lennar’s home page for this community, they put the description of these homes so eloquently I have to reprint it here: “These homes are perfect for the family you’re raising and the family that raised you and are set within one of the most highly sought after neighborhoods in Denver.” Nice.
Master planned communities are getting creative about resources, too. This community was the Stapleton International Airport. Now it is full of beautiful homes, parks and paths and only fifteen minutes from downtown. A new commuter rail station with access to Denver International Airport and Union Station is scheduled later in 2016.
Beeler Park
Beeler Park is another incredible master-planned community in Stapleton. This neighborhood features the idea of sustainable living. Situated about nine miles from Lower Downtown Denver, this is Stapleton’s 11th neighborhood. The homes here are built with energy-savings in mind, some are even zero energy ready. But this is not a community crowded with homes. There is plenty of green spaces with walkable paths, and five unique parks. The 15,000 acre Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge is north of the community. Continuing in its quest for less energy usage, everything you need is close at hand. Why not reduce your carbon footprint by living in this community and walking to the stores and entertainment? How about biking on the weekends? It’s all planned into this neighborhood.
Imagine accepting your keys to one of these incredible, brand new Beeler Park Homes.
